Veolia wil het referentiebedrijf worden voor ecologische transformatie. Om dit te bereiken wil Veolia het tij keren door de impact van menselijke activiteiten op ons milieu en ons klimaat verder te beperken.

In België en Luxemburg biedt Veolia, met haar 4.200 medewerkers, geïntegreerde en innovatieve oplossingen voor het water-, afval
- en energiebeheer van ondernemingen en gemeenschappen. Met haar brede portefeuille aan activiteiten wil het bedrijf de milieuvoetafdruk van haar 50.000 klanten verminderen en een betrouwbare partner zijn in het versnellen van hun ecologische transitie. In 2021 bedroeg de omzet van Veolia Belux 800 miljoen euro.

Vacatureomschrijving

Studeer jij binnenkort af als ingenieur in een technische richting?

Ben je ambitieus en wil je jouw theoretische kennis toetsen aan de praktijk?

Start in ons traineeship, neem een vliegende start, leer het terrein kennen, leef je uit in uitdagende projecten en maak een veilige landing met een vaste job die jou op het lijf geschreven is

**Wat mag je verwachten?**
- Gedurende 1 jaar dompelen we je onder in onze activiteiten binnen de domeinen water, energie en afval. We kiezen samen met jou welk(e) domein(en) het best aansluiten bij je achtergrond en interesses. Het zal een druk jaar worden waarin onze ervaren medewerkers je meenemen in hun day to day en dit in sprints van 3 maanden.
- We zetten je ook aan het werk Naast het meewerken aan onze day to day activiteiten zet je ook jouw tanden in 3 interessante projecten die je uitwerkt van A tot Z en na voorstelling aan de directie implementeert.
- We begeleiden je om je competenties en soft skills verder te ontwikkelen. Zo voorzien we opleidingen die jouw skills in oa projectmanagement en leadership versterken.
- Je bent niet alleen, samen met andere trainees bouwen we een community uit waardoor je nog meer kan groeien.

Functie-eisen

Onze hoofdzetel is in Brussel maar we hebben locaties over heel België. Een rijbewijs is zeker een must

**Wat verwachten we**:

- Je bent ondernemend, hands on en je hebt een can do mentaliteit. Je gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg en zoekt je weg binnen de organisatie.
- Je bent contactvaardig, communiceert duidelijk en durft met anderen te overleggen. Zo leer je je collega’s op de verschillende afdelingen kennen en werk je vlot met hen samen.
- Je hebt een analytische ingesteldheid. Je kan dingen in een breder perspectief plaatsen, de juiste vragen stellen en tot de juiste conclusies komen. De kennis die je opdoet op terrein kan je makkelijk verwerken en weet je te valoriseren in je projecten.
- In de verschillende projecten zal je heel wat moeten plannen en opvolgen. Je weet mensen te mobiliseren, waardoor je je projecten tot een goed einde brengt.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een kennis Nederlands en Frans
