Ons hoofdkantoor bevindt zich op de Tour & Taxis site in Brussel, en **ondertussen maakt ook telewerken**
**deel uit van onze bedrijfscultuur**. Dat betekent dat iedere medewerker kan kiezen of hij/zij op kantoor of
van thuis uit werkt. Wil je thuis werken, dan zorgen wij natuurlijk voor de nodige technologische uitrusting
en aangepaste financiële vergoeding, en verwachten we van jou dat de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van je werk
even goed blijft. Voor bepaalde gelegenheden (teamvergaderingen, evenementen, opleidingen,) wordt
er wel gevraagd om aanwezig te zijn op kantoor. In eerste instantie zal je voornamelijk op één van onze
bedrijfslocaties worden verwacht om ons goed te leren kennen en je helemaal in te werken in je functie.
Samen met je leidinggevende wordt er dan besproken wanneer je kan thuiswerken.

**Wat zijn je belangrijkste doelstellingen?
**Je begeleidt het Scrumteam in het kader van het gebruik van de agile methodes en de
Scrumpraktijk
Je ondersteunt de product owner in zijn/haar dagelijkse opdrachten
Je helpt het ontwikkelingsteam om de klanten tevreden te stellen
Je laat de teams evolueren inzake zelforganisatie
Je ruimt hindernissen op en je traint het Scrumteam om dit eveneens te doen
Je helpt de Scrum
- en ontwikkelingsteams om de leemtes in de agile software-infrastructuur te
identificeren en te vullen
Je lost de problemen en conflicten op die zich kunnen voordoen
Je helpt het Scrumteam om een hoger maturiteitsniveau in Scrum te bereiken
**Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?
**Je beheert een Scrumteam en je organiseert een continue ontwikkeling
Je bevordert de agile
- en workshopformaliteiten, en je moedigt het team aan dit óók te doen
Je begrijpt het werk van je team, zowel wat de business
- als wat de technische aspecten
(website) aangaat
Je bevordert/begeleidt/ondersteunt de wijzigingen binnen het team
Je mentort/coacht/begeleidt de evolutie van de mindset en van de communicatie
Je analyseert de chartresultaten en stelt verbeteringen, oplossingen of optimaliseringen voor
Je spoort dysfuncties op en treedt op, maar blijft hierbij gefocust op het welzijn, de
tevredenheid en de doeltreffendheid van het team
Je drukt jezelf vlot uit in het Engels, het Frans en/of het Nederlands
