Q8 is een dynamisch bedrijf in volle transformatie naar een duurzame Mobiliteitsspeler. Dit betekent dat we naast onze traditionele business van tankstations en smeeroliën heel erg inzetten op electric en andere toekomstgerichte mobiliteitsoplossingen. Welke rol vervul je?

Als Environmental Desk Advisor leid je de onderzoeken en saneringswerkzaamheden van de tankstations in goede banen, zodat KPNWE voldoet aan alle wettelijke en interne milieueisen met betrekking tot bodemgerelateerde aspecten.

Vanuit de relevante nationale en regionale wetgeving plan en evalueer je de bodemonderzoeken in de 9 landen ( Benelux + Frankrijk, Duitsland, Polen, Oostenrijk, Slovenië, Roemenië). Je onderzoekt de oorzaken, geeft intern feedback en adviseert over interne voorschriften en saneringsprojecten. Dankzij jou beschikken we tijdig over de juiste goedkeuringen en rapporten, zodat nieuwe projecten volgens planning kunnen starten.

Jouw focust ligt op duurzame milieueffecten, beperkte hinder en de implementatie van de best beschikbare technologie. Je blijft dus zeer goed op de hoogte van de milieuwetgeving en nieuwe milieutechnieken en -technologieën.

Je werkt nauw samen met interne klanten, zoals Retail Engineering, Network Development, GCB/IDS en Logistics, maar ook externe deskundigen en lokale overheidsinstanties. Tot slot stel je Service Level Agreements (SLA's) op voor aannemers en consultants, met wie je samenwerkt bij aanbestedingen, maar die je ook evalueert en selecteert.

Wat moet je kennen en kunnen?- Je hebt een Master in de Biologie/Chemie/Geologie, Industrieel of Biotechnisch Ingenieur.- Relevante ervaring in een milieufunctie is een troef- Je hebt een goed begrip van bodemonderzoeksprocedures en saneringstechnieken- Met je pragmatische houding, doorzettingsvermogen en organisatorische vaardigheden schrik je niet terug voor problemen- Ook onder stress en tijdsdruk blijf je vlot functioneren- Als teamspeler heb je goede communicatieve vaardigheden- Je houdt van een nauwkeurige, logische en analytische aanpak- Je hebt de nodige administratieve skills op het vlak van procedures en processen- Gevorderde kennis van Microsoft Office is een must- Een goede kennis van het Engelse, Frans en Nederlands is vereist
