- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor
- of masterdiploma en hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug.
- Je kan overweg met design tools zoals Figma en Miro of bent bereid om je hier verder in te verdiepen. Kennis van data
- en behaviouranalyse is een mooi pluspunt.SAFe en lean UX zijn voor jou geen ongekende begrippen.
- Je plaatst de klant centraal en zet mee in op een klantgerichte cultuur.
- Het faciliteren van workshops, interviews en usertests is iets waar je goed in bent en graag doet. Je streeft ernaar om tot een diep begrip van de klant te komen.
- Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld om tot de meest geschikte oplossing te komen. Je bekijkt problemen op een constructief kritische manier.
- Je kan zelfstandig aan de slag en bent iemand die graag initiatief neemt. Je kennis up to date houden is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid.
- Je hecht belang aan duidelijke communicatie en zet in op overzichtelijke en overtuigende presentaties naar de klant, collega’s en het management toe.
- Je bent creatief en denkt graag out of the box.

- Dit kan ik
- Als UX designer creëer en design je digitale oplossingen en ervaringen binnen Liantis. Je vertrekt hierbij vanuit de design thinking principes en het double diamond-proces.
- Je definieert requirements op basis van de noden van de klant, organisatie en eindgebruikers.
- Je neemt klanteninterviews af, voert concurrentieonderzoek uit en analyseert gebruikersdata om een grondig begrip van de problemen te krijgen. Je gaat steeds op zoek naar de grootste meerwaarde voor de klant.
- Je onderzoekt verschillende mogelijke pistes door het organiseren van ideation workshops of design sprints met de betrokken stakeholders.
- Via user stories, personas en customer journeys ga je in interactie met je collega’s. Je slaagt erin om een heldere uiteenzetting van de noden te brengen.
- Je maakt gebruik van wireframing, prototyping en user testing om problemen om te zetten in opportuniteiten.
- Je zet steeds in op de optimalisatie van functionaliteit en usability.
- Je bepaalt mee de informatiearchitectuur van onze systemen.
- Je draagt bij aan het design systeem en maakt hiervan gebruik om je concepten te vertalen tot aantrekkelijke en gebruiksvriendelijke tools en applicaties.
