Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de rentabiliteit van je restaurant in een concurrentiële marktomgeving.
Dankzij inspirerend people management, een goede operationele organisatie en een sales-gerichte aanpak, garandeer je de optimale werking van je restaurant. Samen met je team behaal je de vooropgestelde objectieven en neem je de juiste beslissingen.
Je hebt de leiding over een team van 25 à 40 personen, waarbij je zelf instaat voor de rekrutering en begeleiding van je collega's. Dagelijkse taken delegeer je met het oog op de verdere ontwikkeling van je medewerkers. Door een heldere en directe communicatie zorg je voor een goede werksfeer en de motivatie van je team.
Je garandeert de klantentevredenheid in je restaurant en je zal bovendien zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken indien nodig.
Als manager is het ook je taak de administratieve en financiële aspecten van je restaurant goed te beheren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor budgettering en kostenbeheer, stelt planningen op en je waakt over de naleving van de kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsnormen.

Je hebt relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke leidinggevende functie en een commerciële ingesteldheid.
Je beschikt over een sterke analytische geest, je bent een organisatietalent en je kan jezelf uiterst stressbestendig noemen.
Je klant
- en resultaatgerichtheid, sociale vaardigheden en leidinggevende capaciteiten zijn opmerkelijk. Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma op zak.
Je beschikt over een sterke commerciële drive die je aanwendt om lokale marketingacties uit te tekenen om zo het klantenplatform te verbreden. Bovendien heb je uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en verzeker je een optimale interactie met interne en externe relaties.
