Je wordt de data expert binnen het centrale ESG team. Door jouw functie realiseren we, als centraal ESG team, een geformaliseerde en structurele ESG data strategie.

Ons ESG team bestaat uit jonge en gedreven ESG experten die elk in hun eigen expertise een steentje bijdrage tot het realiseren van een betere wereld. In onze projecten hebben we veel data nodig. Jij zal voor hen een rots in de branding zijn wat betreft data aspecten, jij zal een structurele ondersteuning geven als data expert. Je zal hierbij samen werken met de ESG program manager en de project managers van het ESG data team, het ESG risk team en de ESG project office die zorgen voor de realisatie van alle ESG data en reporting projecten.

**De job in een notendop**

Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

- ESG data strategie bepalen en aansturen in samenwerking met central ESG team, ESG data team, ESG risk en ESG Technology
- Accountable voor de ESG data catalog, gecentraliseerde view van de ESG data noden
- Welke data hebben we nodig voor welk gebruik in welk dataprocess, in welke reportings
- Per data familie of datapoint in samenwerking met ons team van ESG experts : definities, welke zijn onze sources/dataproviders, welke methodologie gebruiken we om de data te berekenen, wat zijn de quality levels, gaps & actions om de quality te verhogen.
- Wat is onze strategie as is & looking forward.
- Management van onze verschillende dataproviders : relationeel, changes in de datacatalogs managen (impacts & changes in ESG engines), forward looking opportuniteiten in aanbod providers evalueren en nieuwe providers screenen om te beantwoorden aan nieuwe ESG noden.
- Verzekeren van de robuustness ESG data processen & one version of the truth in ESG data usage in de Belfius groep.
- Definieren van data quality strategy & roadmap en implementatie opstarten

Geen enkele werkdag is dezelfde. ESG is een nieuw domein, de wetgeving is nog in volle evolutie, we zijn onze expertise nog aan het bouwenontdekken elke dag nieuwe zaken. De data beschikbaarheid en maturiteit is nog laag, deze gaat de komende jaar enorm evolueren. Je komt terecht in een omgeving met onzekerheden, veel exploratie maar ons team heeft een zeer spannende en uitdagende missie.

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Master of rijke ervaring on the field
- analystische mind, kritische challenging mind, transversaal kunnen denken, connecting the dots gezien de ESG data gebruikt worden in een veelheid van toepassing is het noodzakelijk om zowel de global picture als de details te beheersen
- communicatief, team player, assertief, dienend leiderschap, flexibel in mind, change receptief, optimistic
- Goede kennis van de 365 suite in het bijzonder Excel en SQL basiskennis of bereidheid om de kennis te verwerven is een troef in de communciatie en samenwerking met ons ESG data team

Je scoort extra met:

- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans): Engels is een must, we werken veel met anderstaligen waardoor onze voertaal in veel gevallen Engels is
