Onze opdrachtgever heeft een ambitieuze routekaart gedefinieerd om de komende jaren een leidende speler te worden in beleggingsverzekeringen. Wil jij deel uitmaken van deze ambitieuze organisatie?
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van **nieuwe projecten** door samen te werken met zakelijke belanghebbenden en IT.
- Je werkt mee aan de introductie en ontwikkeling van nieuwe **digitale concepten**.
- Je maakt gebruik van gegevens om **oplossingen** te **identificeren** en te **optimaliseren**.
- Je bent een sleutelfiguur in de **end-to-end levering** van projecten, waarbij je informatie verzamelt en verduidelijkt bij verschillende belanghebbenden en de best mogelijke, innovatieve oplossingen definieert.
- Je vertaalt oplossingen naar gedetailleerde **vereisten** voor **IT**.
- Je **beheert** projecten: planning, communicatie, follow-up,....
- Je speelt in op **risico's** en potentiële **problemen**.
- Je **test** en **valideert** de nieuw ontwikkelde oplossingen om een kwalitatieve levering te garanderen.
**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:
- Je beschikt minstens over een **masterdiploma**, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in een **projectomgeving**, waarbij je een goede kennis hebt opgebouwd met betrekking tot het **identificeren** van de **behoeften** van stakeholders en het vertalen hiervan naar **vereisten** voor IT.
- Je hebt sterke **probleemoplossende vaardigheden** en je kan creatieve manieren vinden om voortgang te boeken en obstakels te verwijderen.
- Je hebt ervaring met werken in een **digitale omgeving**.
- Je hebt ervaring in het domein van **investeringen**, **levensverzekeringen** of **vermogensbeheer**.
- Je hebt sterke **communicatieve vaardigheden** in het Engels. Kennis van Nederlands en Frans is een enorme plus.
