**Profile**:
You are proficient in Java development and its frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate)
You want to use or even set up CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
You enjoy breaking down a complex problem into simpler parts
You have positive thinking; you don't fear failure because you learn from mistakes
You are a real team player, who is comfortable with asking for help, and you find it natural to offer your support to your peers
