Het onderhoudsteam van onze productiesite te Gent is op zoek naar een nieuwe technieker.
**Context**:
Kijk je er naar uit om te sleutelen aan gloednieuwe high-tech machines in een productie omgeving? Hou je ervan om complexe, technische problemen aan te pakken en voor duurzame oplossingen te zorgen? Dan is de functie van Technieker binnen dè referentiesite van Coca-Cola European Partners echt iets voor jou. De site in Gent heeft in 2018 een volledige make over gekregen na een investering van 75 miljoen euro. Nu vind je hier de snelste afvullijnen ter wereld (66.000 glazen flessen en 120.000 blikjes per uur) die meer dan 64 verschillende smaken bottelen.
**Wat zal je rol inhouden**:
- Diagnose en oplossen van zowel elektrische als mechanische technische storingen in het productieproces.
- Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud.
- Troubleshooting en rapportage via PC.
- Technische ondersteuning verlenen aan product
- en formaat-omschakelingen en kritieke reinigingsprocessen uitvoeren.
- Rekening houden met doelstellingen op het vlak van productieprestaties, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement.
- Ondersteunen van de implementatie van nieuwe technische initiatieven.
- Samenwerken met andere Techniekers waarbij je ook terecht kunt voor vragen of een 2e opinie.
**Het profiel dat het verschil zal maken heeft**:
- Heeft een A2 of Bachelor elektromechanica.
- Beschikt over technische kennis elektriciteit, PLC, elektronica, mechanica.
- Kan snel en accuraat diagnoses stellen.
- Stelt zich flexibel op, is proactief en kan prioriteiten stellen.
- Is stressbestendig en beseft dat er onder hoge tijdsdruk wordt gewerkt (een verloren minuut betekent immers een hoeveelheid dranken die we niet produceren).
- Kan werken in team en past zijn communicatie aan (operatoren, ingenieurs, management, ).
- Is PC-vaardig (zowel voor troubleshooting als rapportage).
- Kiest ervoor om in 3 ploegen (6:00-14:00-22:00-6:00) te werken.
