- Als HR Manager bouw je het huidige HR beleid verder uit & optimaliseer en/of implementeer je HR processen waar nodig.
- Je staat in voor de instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van onze medewerkers.
- In samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat zorg je voor een vlekkeloze verwerking van de lonen en de bijhorende personeelsadministratie.
- Je werkt diverse personeel gerelateerde projecten uit waaronder het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een prestatiegericht beloningssysteem dat eenvoudigheid, evenwicht en gelijkheid garandeert.
- Je werkt (als hoofd van het dagelijks bestuur) mee aan de strategische uitbouw van DVB door beleidsvoorstellen te formuleren en je biedt ondersteuning bij het realiseren van onze operationele doelstellingen, o.a. via het leiden van werkgroepen.
- Je zorgt voor de analyse, opmaak en opvolging van de budgetten voor de personeelskost en HR-gerelateerde subsidies.
- Je ontwikkelt en beheert rapporteringen zodat het management tijdig relevante informatie krijgt.

**Wat heb je op zak?**
- Kennis over de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
- Een bachelor en ruime aantoonbare ervaring in HR.
- Een diepgaande en brede expertise op het gebied van werving en selectie, personeelsbeheer, talentontwikkeling, compensation & benefits, en op het gebied van HR-beleid en processen.
- Vlotte communicatie skills.
