**Hoe ziet je dag eruit?**
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging, oplossing en detectie van complexe HFC netwerk
- en service-problemen. Doormiddel van complexe analyses stuur je techniekers aan om de NQI (Node Quality Indicator) op het gewenste level te krijgen en escalatie cases snel en efficiënt op te lossen. Dit kan gaan over zowel fouten vanuit het kopstation tot de CPE-aansluitingen.

Dit vind je leuk om te doen:

- Het oplossen van aanslepende netwerkproblemen.
- Het opvolgen van de prioriteiten welke door de stakeholders worden bepaald.
- Fouten en problemen analyseren naar oorzaak en input geven naar pro-actief onderhoud.
- Openstaande cases die hiermee verwant zijn kunnen ‘linken’ en hierdoor voorkomen dat er extra repairs uitgestuurd worden.
- Instaan voor de voorbereiding, implementatie, uitvoering en opvolging van diverse projecten zoals fiberwave, US Strategie, CCAP en de grote netwerf.
- Instaan voor de ontwikkeling en het testen van monitoringsystemen.
- De integriteit van deze systemen mee helpen bewaken.

**Gezocht profiel**
- Je hebt een diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt minimum 4 jaar ervaring in exploitatie van telecommunicatienetten
- Je hebt een praktische kennis van HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coax) en telecommunicatie technologie
- Je bent communicatief en klantgericht
- Je haalt plezier uit het analyseren van problemen en het bieden van oplossingen
- Je leert graag zoveel mogelijk nieuwe dingen
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en zet graag doelen voor jezelf
- Je voelt jezelf thuis in een sterk groeiende omgeving waar flexibiliteit een troef is
- Met jouw enthousiasme zorg je mee voor een positieve werksfeer
