As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
**About the role**:
Marketing Manager Cluster MDS in charge of Benelux, France, MENAT region : As a Marketing Manager, you'll drive the strategic vision and execution for our medication delivery portfolio. From developing compelling value propositions to collaborating with cross-functional teams, your days will be filled with impactful work that crafts our success
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Drives and implements portfolio/platform and marketing strategies and tactics development and execution in line with global and regional guidance as well as identified cluster and customer priorities.
- PLCM - from commercialization to discontinuation ownership, incl. registration requests, supported by PLC operations.
- Develops and applies deep market and customer insights and consolidate insights on overall portfolio and competitors.
- Converts and develops relevant value proposition and overall portfolio strategy by segment / channel.
- Engages with hub teams to localize and develop portfolio relevant content and materials / optimizes sales support, including tender criteria value drivers, positioning to win.
- Ensures relevant strategies and tools to drive customer engagements.
- Provides pricing mentorship to customer facing teams in line with global and regional guidance.
- Co-develops marketing plans with marketing leader and hubs.
- Drives campaign planning and execution based on segmentation and targeting aligned with overall solution offer and regional campaigns.
- Supports planning process and opportunity management.
- Portfolio demand and forecasting guidance / performance management and tracking, including FSA
- important metric / achievements tracking for portfolio scope.
- Up streams input on portfolio development
**About you**:
- Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management within the Life Sciences/MedTech industry.
- Confirmed strong technical marketing acumen.
- Validated experience in a large matrix organization.
- International experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Strategic agility.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Dedicated to achieving outcomes and taking initiative, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, demonstrating relationships and networks within the BD matrix to shape strategies at regional, cluster, and country levels.
- Willingness to travel 30-40%.
