- You will be part of the Business Unit RadioPharma Solutions within the Product Management Team and join a diverse team in a collaborative, high-tech, forward-looking environment. IBA is the leader of a IHI project with the aim to promote a new therapeutic way for treating cancer. You will be part of a consortium of public and private companies. IBA is also responsible to develop the accelerator.
Your mission will be
- Full project management responsibility including cost, quality, deadline in line with the BU strategy
Strong relationship with all internal/external stakeholders to guarantee perfect delivery of project.
Follow up of the project team to be managed, either directly or indirectly, and the required contacts, both internally and externally
Owner of the technical and financial risks associated with the project(s)
to drive the impact of the project on the clients and our business

**Challenges we trust you with**
- Within the scope of an international and multi company project, organize and coordinate the necessary resources (material and labour) up to the end of the project depending on the business/scope. Project will cover various aspects as equipment development, clinical trials, chemistry development
- Analyze and manage risks (technical, feasibility, financial, resources, safety, health,...)
- Lead and coordinate project teams in related field of business (pharma, equipment,...)
- Main internal/external contact point for the project execution ;
- Reporting and KPI are communicated, analyzed and action plans are proposed for decision making
- Identify development issues early, seek continuous improvement
- Transfer to the teams in charge of the post-project support (Customer Service department, product manager, operations, )
- Organize project closure
- Set up, develop and improve tools, processes, environment, structure,

**What we value**

**You have**:

- Experience in project management within a strongly regulated tech industry (at least 8 years of experience)
- Good understanding of clinical trials processes (required, in a early stage is an asset)
- Experience in funded and European projects is an asset
- Experience in nuclear imaging and/or radiochemistry is an asset
- Good communication skills
- The capabilities to handle big amount of objectives
- Fluent English level
