Het Universitair Verplegingscentrum Brugmann (UVC Brugmann) is een openbaar ziekenhuis binnen het Irisnet. Het is uitgerust met een breed ziekenhuisaanbod (drie complementaire sites: Horta, Paul Brien en Koningin Astrid) en beschikt over een specifieke architectuur, die voortdurend evolueert
Als sterk maatschappelijk betrokken ziekenhuis ijvert het UVC Brugmann ervoor alle patiënten, zonder onderscheid, op elk moment toegang te bieden tot de beste zorg
Artsen, verpleegkundigen, paramedici, administratief personeel, arbeiders... er zijn erg uiteenlopende profielen aan het werk in het ziekenhuis en u ontdekt er ook heel verrassende functies. Het UVC Brugmann is regelmatig op zoek naar nieuwe talentvolle en gemotiveerde medewerkers die garant staan voor de waarden van het ziekenhuis
Op dit moment zijn we dan ook op zoek naar een **Administrator System voor de IT-afdeling**, die klaar is om deel uit te maken van de ziekenhuiswereld en zin heeft om te groeien in een gedreven en dynamisch team
**Functie**:
**Voorstelling van de IT-afdeling**
De IT-afdeling van het UVC Brugmann bestaat uit een vijftigtal medewerkers. Het team is onderverdeeld in vijf groepen: helpdesk, infrastructuur, ontwikkeling, zorgprojecten en supportprojecten. De afdeling werkt voor twee ziekenhuizen (Brugmann en UKZKF), verdeeld over drie sites. Het gaat daarbij om ± 5000 gebruikers, ± 3000 werkstations, 300 toepassingen en 450 servers
De afdeling heeft gevarieerde opdrachten, van dienstverlening aan de gebruikers over onderhoud van de huidige systemen terwijl ze operationeel blijven, tot vernieuwingsprojecten op verschillende domeinen
**Opdracht**
U rapporteert aan het hoofd van de IT-infrastructuur en biedt de nodige IT-ondersteuning om ervoor te zorgen dat het personeel toegang heeft tot efficiënte, goed onderhouden, up-to-date en veilige IT-tools
U installeert en onderhoudt de IT-infrastructuur, zorgt ervoor dat deze goed werkt, adviseert de gebruikers, voert regelmatig tests uit, anticipeert op mogelijke incidenten en grijpt in bij storingen
**Activiteiten en taken verbonden aan de functie**
**Infrastructuurbeheer**
- U installeert, configureert en stelt IT-apparatuur in dienst (servers, opslag, netwerken, beveiliging, virtualisatie, back-up, enz.), zowel software als hardware
- U beheert met behulp van profielen het recht op toegang tot de servers en toepassingen
- U organiseert of voert preventief onderhoud en updates uit voor de apparatuur en toepassingen die door het team worden beheerd
- U draagt bij (analyseert, doet voorstellen, helpt met de implementatie) aan de ontwikkeling van apparatuur in overeenstemming met de behoeften (gebruik, prestaties, veroudering, veiligheid, leverancierscontracten, enz.)
- U werkt systeem
- en netwerkdocumentatie, diagrammen en toepassingen bij die IT-infrastructuren en -bekabeling beschrijven
**Problemen en incidenten oplossen**
- U analyseert dagelijks de berichten afkomstig van tools voor bewaking, back-up en infrastructuurbeheer en voert preventieve acties uit om incidenten te voorkomen, in overeenstemming met de geldende richtlijnen
- U stelt diagnoses en behandelt incidenten die door deze tools worden gedetecteerd en tweedelijns gebruikersincidenten die door de servicedesk worden doorgegeven
- U reageert op storingen in de infrastructuur, diagnosticeert en verhelpt storingen waar nodig met de hulp van andere medewerkers en leveranciers
**Andere activiteiten**
- U neemt deel aan teamcoördinatievergaderingen en rapporteert over lopende acties
- U neemt deel aan projecten die worden beheerd door de teams van de IT-afdeling
- U werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling, het onderhoud en de verbetering van de beveiliging van IT-systemen
- U beheert de voorraden van apparatuur en zorgt voor de tracering
- U helpt, informeert en adviseert technici bij hun installatie
- en reparatiewerkzaamheden
- U assisteert, informeert en adviseert de verschillende teams van de IT-afdeling bij wijzigingen in de infrastructuur
- U voert bepaalde administratieve taken uit, zoals het registreren van problemen en hun oplossingen
- U neemt deel aan de oproepdienst voor het bewaken en oplossen van problemen met computersystemen
- U voert af en toe werkzaamheden uit ('s avonds, in het weekend) om systemen te onderhouden
**Toelatingsvoorwaarden**
- U bent in het bezit van een bachelor in verband met informatica en u kunt bogen op aantoonbare ervaring
- U voldoet aan de wettelijke voorwaarden van tweetaligheid (u bent geslaagd voor het Selor-examen).
