Join us on our journey of growth and digital transformation We are looking for a skilled SAP specialist with expertise in the SD and MM modules. In addition to technical proficiency, this role will involve driving a small team of functional SAP specialists to ensure excellent service delivery for support, changes, and projects. Plus, you’ll play a key role in our migration to SAP S/4HANA.

**Your challenges**:

- Functionally lead and mentor a small team of SAP specialists, ensuring quality delivery and support
- Collaborate closely with business, colleagues and external partners to drive the successful delivery of SAP projects, enhancements, and changes
- Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and support for SAP SD and MM functionalities
- Manage backlog grooming and resource allocation in sprint planning sessions for efficient delivery.
- Contribute to the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a seamless transition
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process models, best practices, and documentation

**Who are you?**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Extensive experience in SAP ECC configuration and support, with a focus on the SD module. Knowledge of the MM and/or FI module is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience, driving collaboration and quality delivery
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
