Nous recherchons un Quality Control Coordinator pour une société active dans le secteur alimentaire située à Eupen.
Vos principales tâches:
- Déterminer et mettre en oeuvre les processus et plans d’analyses qualité
- Assurer le suivi des plans d’analyses et les standards des différentes matières premières et produits.
- Améliorer, développer ou modifier les plans et méthodes de contrôle afin d’assurer leurs pertinences et leurs efficacités.
- Coordonner, encadrer, motiver, superviser et évaluer ses collaborateurs ; développer leurs compétences et assurer leur formation continue.
- Animer son département et assurer sa bonne organisation
- Assurer l’enregistrement des résultats
- Mettre en place des tableaux de bord spécifiques à son département afin d’en assurer la bonne gestion, l’efficacité, la rentabilité et la productivité.
- Assurer la bonne gestion des locaux et équipements du laboratoire Définir et gérer le budget de fonctionnement et superviser l’achat des consommables et des outils permettant l’activité et/ou le développement du laboratoire.
- Proposer les projets d’investissements nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de son département.
- Assurer l’enregistrement et l’analyse des non conformités et y apporter les solutions en collaboration avec les équipes existantes.
- Garantir une bonne communication et une bonne collaboration inter-départementale.
**Profil**: Votre profil:
- Niveau master avec une spécialisation en qualité en agroalimentaire
- Bonne connaissance des ingrédients, de l’analyse sensorielle, de la microbiologie, de la gestion des durées de vie.
- Expertise des différents pathogènes pouvant mener à une contamination alimentaire (salmonelle, listeria,etc.) ;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (word, outlook, excel) des systèmes de gestion par ERP.
- Connaissance approfondie d’excel indispensable pour l’analyses des données
- Connaissance approfondie du Fr et de l’ENG. La connaissance de l’allemand est un plus.
- Expérience dans la gestion de personnel impérative
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Faire preuve de rigueur, de sens logique et d’une méthodologie de travail stricte permettant d’obtenir des résultats fiables et une analyse objective
- Avoir la capacité à travailler de manière transversale et à communiquer avec les autres services de l’entreprise.
