**Vos responsabilités sont**:

- Vous assurez la préparation, l’envoi et le suivi des documents QA accompagnant la certification des lots de vaccins en accord avec les procédures locales et exigences spécifiques des autorités/pays
- Vérification de critère pour le traitement d’un dossier de lot
- Compilation du set documentaire comprenant, entre autres, Arbre généalogique de production d’un lot, compilation de différents types de certificat d’analyse et différents documents de production. Utilisation du robot (FELICIA)
- Edition du Certificat de Libération, ainsi que différents documents propres à la réglementation de chaque pays. Utilisation d’un robot (AZURE)
- Vérification réglementaire
- Utilisation d’une la Check list électronique (CDW)
- Complétude et partage de la documentation sur les Share Points
- Gestion des réclamations.
- Vous suivez des job-list dans SAP ou les priorités demandées.
- Vous communiquez/escaladez toute anomalie (retard, blocage dans la préparation, déviation,...) à votre N+1
- Vous complétez et partagez la documentation sur les Share Points
- Vous gérez l'archivage de vos documents qualités
- Vous intervenez dans la gestion des réclamations.
- Vous maintenez votre statut de formation à jour
- Vous participez à des réunions d'équipe et à des formations

Qualifications requises : _**
- Vous avez obtenu un Bachelier/Graduat dans un domaine scientifique (Chimie, Bio, Agronomie,) ou expérience Qualité dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
- Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques : Pack Office, SAP, Adobe, Veeva,
- Vous devez être à l’aise avec les nouvelles technologies liées à l’informatique
- Vous êtes capable de travailler toute la journée devant un écran
- Vous êtes autonome dans la gestion de votre charge de travail
- Vous êtes précis(e), rigoureux(se), structuré(e), consciencieux(se), flexible, proactif(ve) et débrouillard(e).
- Vous êtes capable de vous intégrer dans une équipe

**_ Qualifications souhaitées : _**
- Vous avez des notions des règles GMP
- Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un environnement "Qualité"
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et êtes capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps.
- Vous avez une bonne base en anglais
- Vous vous adapté facilement aux changements
- Vous connaissez le portefeuille produits GSK Vaccines.
