To strengthen the Gondola Society team, we are looking for a Sales Representative: a role that combines sales, communication and networking.

Gondola Society is a unique business club within Retail and FMCG. Several times a year, we organize exclusive events for our members (middle & top management) to network and inspire them. We want to continue meeting the high expectations our members are used to from Gondola Society over the years. Due to the continued growth of Gondola Society, we are looking for a Sales Representative. You will report and work directly with the General Manager Society.

**Do you recognise yourself in the following characteristics**:

- Driven; we are looking for someone who dares to look for new members with the necessary 'hunt' mentality
- You are strong in maintaining high-level relationships
- Pro-active attitude and not afraid to put your own ideas on the table
- Able to work independently
- Willing to attend events (there are no events during the weekend)
- You are (professionally) sociable and able to establish and maintain a relationship of trust with the various members/partners
- Bilingual is a must (FR/NL), English is a plus
- Good appearance: you are well-groomed
- Driving license B

**Your responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for a part of the existing network
- Prospecting: you proactively look for new members
- You do the follow-up for the members assigned to you:

- You activate these members for events
- You are their contact and confidant
- Responsible for their membership
- You work with the Event & Congress Coordinator and help make our events a success
- You make every effort to build and maintain strong relationships with your existing and new members.

We also help them to maintain their network by meeting on a frequent basis through our events. As a Sales Representative, you will contribute to an organization that is growing and thriving.
