For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a
**BPMN Expert** to join our Team.

**Location**: Gosselies

**Languages**: French and Enlish

**Employment Type**: Permanent or Freelance

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Context of the Mission**:
Looking for a Business Analyst/BPMN Expert to model business processes as part of business transformation projects. This expert will be part of a centralized unit already in place and driven by enterprise architecture.

**Responsibilities.**
- BPMN modeling in the EA Sparx tool
- Respect the methodology and governance implemented by the Enterprise Architecture Integration of the modeled processes into the structure of the EA Sparx tool and use of the guidelines
- Recovery of the existing (Visio, Word,.ppt,...) and migration to Sparx EA
- Meet the various business experts to model their processes
- Value Service Modeling* and Stakeholder Journey**:

- Organize, document and facilitate workshops with business representatives to identify representative cases and exception cases characteristic of this process
- Analyze and document risks and problems and report them at the team meeting
- Determine and monitor in collaboration with the project manager the performance and quality measurement indicators that will integrate process management reporting
- Communicate and play a central role in relation to project stakeholders
- Document operational procedures and instructions
- Report to the project manager

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Excellent BPMN knowledge
- Basic knowledge of the Sparx EA tool (must)
- Experience and excellent mastery of process modeling (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of French
- Experience in process optimization (Lean) (nice to have)
- Relevant experience in Business Analysis (Nice to have)
- Excellent reporting management skills for the project team and management
- Good command of Excel
- Experience in developing communication materials
- Experience in change management Experience in facilitating workshops with the business independently
- Experience in project management is an asset.
