**The European School of Mol is recruiting a Teacher French as language 2 & replacement or support teacher Primary school**
**Responsibilities**:
- Teaching French as a second language to primary school pupils following the European Schools' curriculum
- Replace colleagues in the French section in case of absence
- Support one or more pupils with special needs in collaboration with the class teacher. Participate in all meetings, integrate school projects, collaborate with the educational team.
- Complete various administrative tasks (planning documents, reports,) inherent to the teaching function.
**Profile and requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of French (C2 and up).
- Knowledge of English or Dutch will be an asset.
- Diploma to teach French as a Second Language.
- Diploma to teach in a primary and/or nursery school.
- Knowledge of DELF (Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française) is an asset.
- Experience in teaching children with learning needs is an asset.
- Collaborative spirit with colleagues, management and families.
**Selection procedure**:
- Interview with the selection committee
- Second interview with the school director
- Validation of the diploma by a national inspector
**Offer**:
- A two-year contract, according to the Service regulations for locally recruited teachers in the European Schools (Ref.: 2016-05-D-11-en-1) starting on 02/05/2023 until 31/08/2024 with the possibility of prolongation.
- Approximately 16 working hours per week, spread over 5 days.
- Salary indication: brut € 2.775.84
- Removal costs (art. 37)
"A locally recruited teacher recruited for a minimum period of one year and a contract providing a minimum of 16 hours/periods per week shall, as provided in Article 59 and Article 62 of the Regulations for Seconded Staff Members of the European Schools, be entitled to reimbursement of the expenses caused by the removal to the place of the school (...)".
- Installation allowance (art. 37bis)
"A locally recruited teacher recruited for a minimum period of one year and a contract providing a minimum of 16 hours/periods per week who furnishes evidence of having been obliged to change his/her place of residence and of having actually settled at his/her place of employment (...) shall be entitled (a) to an installation allowance (...)".
