**Sales support officer tenders and procurements (24h-32h)**

Due to the growth of our organization in Belgium and Europe, we are looking for a “sales support officer tenders and procurements” to strengthen our current team, and this in an international and multi-branded context.

As a “sales support officer tenders and procurements” you will work within our European “Business Line & Bid Management” department. You support the local sales organizations in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and the United Kingdom in preparing tenders and other pre-sales activities (such as PowerPoints, presentations, etc.). You do this for all business lines and brands within the European Avineon Group, within which we operate under two brands: Avineon and Tensing.

You set standards for the professional submission of proposals and tenders, establish procedures for this, check and facilitate where necessary and ensure that all administrative documents are constantly up-to-date and available. You also support in the management of the central repository for tenders and ensure its correct use throughout the various countries in Europe.

From your supporting role, you also help determine the most optimal proposal layout, in line with the Avineon/Tensing branding. You also work together with marketing to develop templates and standard proposal content (e.g. company and service descriptions, references, project descriptions, etc.).

You support the local sales teams in the timely submission of their proposals and tenders and closely monitor the correct planning and completion of the layout. You collect all required administrative documents and information and you watch over the local technical teams. You combine all supplied information into one attractive document and also take the initiative to manage proposals, across the different countries and brands, as efficiently as possible.
**Specific tasks**
As a “sales support officer tenders and proposals” you will not only contribute to creating an attractive and correct presentation of proposals within Europe, but you will also be responsible for efficient proposal management. Some of your specific tasks include:

- Developing standardized offerings and proposal content (in cooperation with marketing) ;
- Leading, supporting, and coordinating the preparation and/or writing of proposals in case of large tenders and/or reference tenders. This includes, among others, coordinating the information brought in by the business managers and technical teams ;
- Planning and developing an approach for a smooth proposal flow ;
- Monitoring major Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) within you area of expertise on a European scale ;
- Preparing and layouting proposals according to Avineon/Tensing brand ;
- Keeping (administrative) proposal documents up-to-date ;
- Organizing and improving bid-tracking activities and maintaining statistics and reporting on bids and proposals.

Depending on your personal ambitions and interests, there is the possibility of growth and expansion of your tasks after introduction, so that you, for example, will be partly responsible for determining the strategic direction of our service offering.
**Profile**:

- Bachelor of Master degree, preferably within a business-economic/commercial field, combined with a first work experience within an IT technical and/or international environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge of document management and/or MS Visio are a plus
- Very good language skills in Dutch and English; good passive knowledge of French
