Overview:
Are you a Power BI Expert who enjoys translating data needs into comprehensive analytical solutions? You like to work with other people in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment? If your answer to the above questions is YES, then, you are at the right place

**Responsibilities**
- ** Data Analysis and Visualization**:Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- ** Data Modeling**:Design and implement efficient data models, defining relationships and optimizing data structures for performance.
- ** Data Integration**:Utilize Power Query to clean, transform, and integrate data from various sources into cohesive datasets.
- ** DAX Programming**:Create and implement custom calculations and measures using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
- ** Report and Dashboard Development**:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design reports and dashboards that meet their needs. Select appropriate visualizations and arrange them effectively to convey insights.
- ** Data Governance and Security**:Implement data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. Set up role-based security to control access to sensitive information within Power BI reports.
- ** Training and Support**:Provide training to end-users on Power BI features and best practices. Offer ongoing support to address issues and enhance user proficiency.
- ** Integration with Other Tools**:Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Power BI with other tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
- ** Stay Updated**:Stay informed about the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis, visualization, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX programming.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with data governance and security practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Microsoft Power BI Certification.
- Experience with integration of Power BI with other Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with SQL and other data-related technologies
