**Trainee RENEWI (Operations)**

**40 uur per week**
**Jouw Traineeship**
Bij Renewi investeren we graag in jong talent met frisse ideeën. Ons traineeprogramma biedt je de kans om ‘on the job’ te leren en je zowel** professioneel als persoonlijk te ontwikkelen.**
Ons Traineeship is een traject van 2 jaar waar je de kans krijgt om **diverse operationele domeinen** binnen RENEWI te leren kennen.
Dit staat op de planning:
- 1e jaar:
- ** Logistiek**: je zal vanuit de **site in Evergem** de sfeer opsnuiven van onze dagelijkse activiteit in zowel in de rol van Planner, als in de rol van Dispatcher. Hierbij wordt je betrokken in de uitrol van een nieuw project op deze afdeling.
- ** Productie**: Op de** site in Gent**, zal je meewerken aan onze nieuwe, technologische sorteerlijn als technisch operator/ teamleader. Je werkt mee in vroege en late shiften.
- 2e Jaar:
- Afhankelijk van **jouw interesses en ambities,** kijken we samen in welke afdeling jij je graag verder wil verdiepen; SHEQ, Sales, Project Management,
- Je krijgt de kans om de rol van Supervisor of Site Manager van dichtbij te ervaren en je **(people)management skills te verkennen**, aan te scherpen.
We bieden jou een **individueel traject** dat aansluit bij zowel jouw als onze ambities. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te bepalen wat het best bij je past en neemt zelf het initiatief om je persoonlijke groei richting te geven.
In september zal je **samen met je mentor en coach** aan dit avontuur beginnen.
Vanaf dag één heb je een volwaardige functie met bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheden.

- Je werkt zelfstandig en krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's, je mentor en een coach waar je maandelijks groeigesprekken zal hebben.

- Na het afronden van jouw traineeship zal er gekeken worden waar jouw krachten en ambities liggen en waar jij het best tot je recht komt bij RENEWI.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Of je nu net **afgestudeerd bent of al een eerste werkervaring** (max 2 jaar) hebt, jouw frisse perspectief is wat we zoeken

**Selectieprocedure**
De selectieprocedure bestaat uit twee gespreksrondes en een online assessment.
We kijken uit naar jouw motivatie om in aanmerking te komen als Trainee bij Renewi.
De procedure ziet er als volgt uit:
- Eerste kennismaking met Talent Acquisition (Marieke Thys). Deze zal plaatsvinden op 13, 14, 17 of 18 juni.
- Indien het eerste gesprek goed is verlopen, volgt er een online assessment.
- Het tweede gesprek vindt plaats op de site in Gent of Evergem met de mentor en de coach in de eerste week van juli.
- Is er een match? Dan volgt hierna een aanbod en verwelkomen we je graag bij Renewi
