Description
The **GBS (Group Business Solution)** division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.
By joining the Group Business Solutions division, you will be joining a team that is at the heart of the above transformation.
The division executes and contributes to the creation of the strategic directions for the IT assets that services Euroclear Bank, ESES, EUI and the corporate divisions in collaboration with the stakeholders such as the Management of the bank, product management, business and IT architecture.
The team owns, maintains and develops the IT assets for Euroclear Bank, ESES, EUI and the corporate functions.
As Team Leader of the EB Referential data you will be responsible for a team of around 5-10 peoples.
**Your role**:
- Managing and coaching the team (organization of work, setting and communicating objectives, lead and coach)
- Proactively managing the resources to ensure optimal capacity management and planning
- Monitoring the progress and performance of all projects (scope, quality, costs, delay, risks)
- Follow all the contributions ensured by Reference data team
- Producing and communicating on regular basis reliable and transparent reporting to management and business partners
- Managing the demand for resources with our service providers
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to coach and engage the team
- Good communication skills
- Very good organisation and problem solving skills
- Stress resistant, risk conscious and client focused attitude
- Ability to cultivate and promote a “one” team culture across all locations
- You like to work in a team, to coordinate and you can adapt your approach depending on your counterpart (department heads, business owners, peers, other divisions, etc.).
- You are result-oriented with a can do attitude and able to work against tight deadlines
- Strong change manager
- English is a must. A good command of other group languages (mainly French and/or Dutch) would probably facilitate your integration
