LAB SUPPORT

**TASKS**:
Setting up and operating our weaving machine.
Recognizing and developing fabric weaves.
Beaming and setting up the pattern weaving machine.
Programming the fabric weaves on the sample weaving machine.
Troubleshooting with samples (machine or material-related).
Loading and setting up test systems in the laboratory with samples.
Monitoring the test runs on the machines.
Pre-shrinking the monofilaments for the sewing department.
Carrying out quality controls.
Supporting the laboratory tests on new and run screen samples using microscopy, tensile testers and other measuring devices.
Filing reference samples and production cards in the archive.

**PROFILE**:
Ideally, you have a qualification in têxtile technology or relevant professional experience as a weaver.
Knowledge of pneumatics and/or hydraulics is an advantage.
You have a quick grasp and technical understanding.
You are willing to take on new tasks and think across departments.
