In de meeste gevallen zijn ze klant bij ons via hun werkgever. Onze businessline Employee Benefits & Health Care (EB/HC) creëert en beheert deze verschillende plannen en waarborgen voor organisaties (bedrijven, ngo's, publieke sector...) en hun medewerkers.
Binnen de businessline EB/HC analyseert het team **Financial Business Control** het resultaat van elk van deze producten om uiteindelijk tot een algemeen resultaat te komen. Het team werkt nauw samen met de departementen Chief Financial Office (CFO) en Chief Investment Office (CIO), alsook met alle operationele entiteiten.
Om dit team te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Financial & Business Control Officer**.
- **Je valideert en 'challenget' de resultaten** van alle producten (leven, overlijden en health care): technisch resultaat, financieel resultaat, bedrijfsresultaat. Deze oefening wordt onder andere uitgevoerd tijdens de maandelijkse afsluitingen van alle EB/HC-producten. Je presenteert de kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve reporting ervan aan de directie of aan de CFO-afdeling.
- **Je staat in voor de forecasts van de resultaten**: je projecteert de verwachte resultaten van elk product voor de komende 3 jaar.
- **Je beheert een continu optimalisatieproject**: je kan terugvallen op performante modellen, die je moet blijven onderhouden en ontwikkelen**.**:
- **Je levert de reportings en toelichtingen**: als verantwoordelijke voor het resultaat van je producten beantwoord je de vragen van de verschillende departementen. Daarnaast bereid je ook verschillende reportings voor, controleer je ze en stuur je ze naar de volgende stakeholders: Nationale Bank van België, FSMA, Assuralia, auditeurs,...
- **Je ontwikkelt je kennis** van zowel de lokale Belgische boekhoudnormen (BeGaap) als de nieuwe **IFRS 17 boekhoudnormen**
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je hebt graag een **transversale kijk** op de resultaten en activiteiten van de businessline EB/HC. Je beschikt daarnaast over de nodige **analyse
- en synthesecapaciteiten**.
- Je bent flexibel en **resultaatgericht**. Het halen van **deadlines** is een van je sterke punten.
- Je durft **initiatieven** te nemen, op een dynamische en proactieve manier. En je laat nooit een kans voorbijgaan om **bij te leren**.
- Je bent Nederlands
- of Franstalig en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Je **communiceert** efficiënt, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je kan goed overweg met diverse informaticatools (Excel, Word, Visual Basic, SAS).
- EB/HC-producten hebben geen geheimen voor jou? Absoluut een plus
- De IFRS 17 standaard kent voor u al geen geheimen meer, dat is een flinke troef.
- Je behaalde een Universitair diploma (actuaris, handelsingenieur, economische wetenschappen,).
