Therapy Manager In-center

**Tasks**:
- Provide support on the localization of marketing materials and product related documentations.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of the local life cycle of a product or set of products, including long
- and short-term development. Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position as key counterpart of key local stakeholders in respective area of responsibility.
- Provide advanced second level product/service information and respond to complex customer questions about the product/service.
- Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
- Ensure timely involvement of training departments and be responsible for the localization of all marketing materials in respective area of responsibility.
- Collect and synthesize metrics and other data and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify possible improvements.
- Support all other Customer Experience Functions with expert insights / training / showing new services and products.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor or equivalent diploma (in Marketing or equivalent).
- Work experience in Product Expert function (> 5 years). Preferably in the domain of CKD/nephrology.
- Understand basics of e-health, data security and related topics.
- Good understanding of country healthcare sector as well as pronounced understanding of market and political environment and related interdependencies as an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyse customer and market data.
- Communicates effectively: Good communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding.
- Plans and aligns: Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Dutch as native language, English C2 level (other language as asset).
- Industry specific knowledge, e.g. healthcare market dynamics and trends, public procurement & negotiation, local healthcare requirements and needs.
