- **Group S - Management Service** (GSMS), nous recherchons un Product Specialist enthousiaste et motivé.
- Grâce à une mission, vision et stratégie claires, GSMS accompagne la transformation digitale dans plusieurs secteurs spécifiques (Horeca, Retail, titres-services) et, plus spécifiquement, aide les employeurs dans leur gestion RH. Grâce à nos solutions, nos clients peuvent, entre autres, simplifier leur administration du personnel et la gestion de leurs plannings. Ils peuvent obtenir une vue en temps réel de leurs coûts salariaux, tout en étant toujours certains de respecter la législation en vigueur.

**Description**:
- En tant que
- **Product Specialist**, vous assurerez une excellente livraison du produit grâce à votre large connaissance du produit en question ou d’une gamme de produits et vous analyserez les tendances du marché. Vous développerez aussi les ventes, la politique de prix et les stratégies de rentabilité, vous suggérerez des améliorations, vous identifierez des opportunités et vous contribuerez à l’augmentation du chiffre d’affaires.
- Vous mènerez des études de marché et des enquêtes afin d’examiner les produits de la concurrence, etc.
- Grâce à vos recherches actives et votre networking, vous détecterez les besoins de futurs clients et vous les convertirez en vente de services et de solutions. Vous identifierez les nouvelles opportunités du marché et vous ferez remonter toute information pertinente à votre Manager.
- Vous êtes en charge du cycle de vente, depuis la phase de prospection jusqu’à la signature du contrat et serez le point de contact unique pour toutes les questions relatives au produit.
- Avec vos collègues, vous développerez des stratégies, des business plans et des propositions de collaboration en vue d’augmenter le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité.
- Vous organiserez des lancements de produits et divers évènements liés, et vous y participerez.
- Vous serez responsable des démonstrations produits et des formations vis-à-vis des clients, de leurs travailleurs et d’autres intervenants.
- Vous fournirez des recommandations et des suggestions pertinentes à la Technology Team.

- Vous avez un très haut niveau de service client. Vous réfléchissez de façon analytique et votre travail est orienté résultats.
- Vous êtes prêt à en apprendre plus sur nos produits et techniques Sales & Marketing.
- Vous êtes passionné par la technologie et l’innovation et vous êtes capables de retenir les détails des spécifications produits.
- Une connaissance des outils de planning est un atout sérieux.
