In order to sustain our rapid growth and scale our operations to the next level, we are looking for a highly motivated **CISO & DPO** to join our team and lead all information security, quality and data protection initiatives. The role is remote (or hybrid from our office in Brussels).
**Purpose of the role**
You will be responsible for supporting a positive quality improvement culture, underpinned by effective Quality and Risk Management Frameworks. You will lead, advise and monitor accreditation cycles and processes, quality improvement initiatives, risk management, process and system development and protocols and guidelines across Greenomy.
You will be the key point of contact and provide knowledge and support to the various departments within scope of this role.

**Role & and responsibilities**:
- Lead and execute ISO27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type 1 certification end-to-end
- Lead the implementation of an ISMS providing a systematic approach for managing the organization's information security
- Lead Greenomy’s GDPR, privacy, and data protection compliance as company’s DPO (policy, procedure, audit)
- Champion the internal and external audit program, lead audits, and prepare the staff for external audits and ensure audit findings are closed out in a timely manner
- Support in pre-sales in the context of Greenomy-information security-services and support PMO in delivering both internal and external projects
- Participate in information security community-building and sharing knowledge
- Participate in internal business development for security-services
- Act as a trusted partner & coach towards internal and/or external customer;
- Identify and lead quality related continuous improvement efforts with the cross-functional teams
- Implement awareness training or other related topics (security, data privacy) where relevant
**Your profile**:
Must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT (Security) consulting.
- Familiar with known security frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001:2013, COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework,)
- Familiar with known quality frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma,)
- Previous experience in an ever-growing environment with a solid focus on business and technical comprehension
- Practical understanding of SaaS technologies and system architectures in general
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, team-player skills with strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service-oriented skills
