**Inleiding**

Bij het agentschap Digitaal Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een Information Security Officer ter versterking van het team informatieveiligheid in de afdeling ICT. **Doel**

De Information Security Officer (Veiligheidsconsulent) adviseert de verantwoordelijke voor het dagelijks bestuur van zijn instelling, op diens verzoek of op eigen initiatief, omtrent alle aspecten van de informatieveiligheid. Hij heeft een adviserende, stimulerende, documenterende en controlerende opdracht inzake informatieveiligheid.

**Waar kom je terecht?**

In deze functie word je door Digitaal Vlaanderen ingezet bij zowel zijn eigen werking, de samenwerking van Digitaal Vlaanderen met zijn leveranciers en de klanten van deze dienstverlening. Deze klanten zijn andere entiteiten van de Vlaamse overheid en lokale besturen.
Zodoende oefen je een breed spectrum aan taken uit in samenwerking met zowel interne als externe klanten en leveranciers, met steeds hun specifieke unieke context, noden en wensen.

Jouw plaats van tewerkstelling is onze vestiging te Brussel. Afhankelijk van de noden ben je bereid om je naar onze vestiging in Gent te verplaatsen. Uiteraard wordt er het nodige thuiswerk voorzien.

**Wat zal je moeten doen?**
- Je ontwerpt en begeleid de implementatie van een veiligheidsbeleid met als doel over een duidelijke inzage te beschikken inzake informatie
- en ICT-veiligheid binnen de organisatie.
- Je evalueert beveiligingsrisico’s en rond de informatieveiligheidsaspecten die eigen zijn aan de inrichting van de informatieverwerking binnen Digitaal Vlaanderen. Je ondersteunt in deze de functionaris gegevensbescherming (DPO) wat betreft de evaluatie van ICT en beheersmaatregelen in de aangeboden applicatie architectuur.
- Je adviseert en assisteert bij het toezicht op de logische en fysieke beveiliging van de ketting gegevens verwerking, met als doel de noodzakelijke kwaliteitscriteria binnen informatieveiligheid maximaal te garanderen.
- Je ben een actieve partner in communicatie en overleg met alle actoren met als doel een draagvlak en gedeeld begrip en toepassing inzake informatieveiligheid te promoten.
- Je werkt systematisch aan de uitbouw van het kennisdomein en stelt deze kennis ten diensten van collega’s om samen een performant en efficiënt veiligheidsbeleid na te streven.

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in een ICT-gerelateerde richting op zak of je bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens één jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je kan de nodige bekwaamheid aantonen en oefent geen activiteiten uit die onverenigbaar zijn met de aangeboden functie.
- Je hebt kennis en ervaring met het ISO2700x-raamwerk, bij voorkeur ben je gecertifieerd op deze standaarden, aangevuld met een aantal gerelateerde kennisgebieden of je bent bereid deze te verwerven.
- Je hebt ervaring met/kennis van: informatiebeheer, toepassing van industriestandaarden in context informatie
- en ICT-security. Kennis en begrippen uit architectuur, infrastructuur en/of operationele en ontwikkelingsprocessen en hun toepassing zijn een pluspunt.
- Je bent communicatief en je bent in staat om de technische complexiteit van het vakgebied te vertalen naar een breed publiek. Je bent in staat de business relevantie van de beveiliging van de informatieverwerking bevattelijk voor te stellen.
- Je bent een betrouwbare partner voor zowel collega’s, stakeholders als opdrachtgevers.

Je communiceert op een professionele, eerlijke en open manier en je bent de verbindende factor tussen de verschillende doelgroepen.
- Je bent een echt teamplayer met een open houding naar collega’s en stimuleert de samenwerking.
- Je kan op autonome basis werken en handelt steeds in het belang van de organisatie.
- Je bent pragmatisch en praktisch ingesteld en gaat steeds voor de beste oplossing binnen de mogelijkheden van de organisatie of de Vlaamse overheid als geheel.
