**Jouw functie****:
Coöperatief, professioneel én nabij, dat is waar Crelan voor staat. Duurzaam ondernemen maakt daarbij een essentieel onderdeel uit van onze strategie & missie. Als **ESG-manager** is het jouw taak om onze manier van maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen vorm te geven en een Crelan-eigen **strategie **uit te tekenen in deze verschillende dimensies** Environment, Social & Governance**.
Dat betekent dat je actief deelneemt aan de strategiebepaling van de groep, en dat je ons verhaal daarover naar buiten te brengt naar alle stakeholders zoals o.a. klanten, medewerkers, toezichthouders,

Als financiële instelling speelt Crelan een cruciale rol in de bijdrage aan een meer ecologische & sociale economie. In dat kader neem jij Crelan en ons business model mee in die **ecologische & sociale transitie**. Om deze transitie te ondersteunen en ESG te verankeren, zet je een performant **change management programma **op.

Je bent verantwoordelijk om, samen met interne stakeholders, een plan uit te tekenen waardoor Crelan een positieve impact op het milieu kan creëren en in 2030 koolstofneutraal kan zijn voor de eigen emissies van de Crelan Groep. Je zet** interne en externe samenwerkingsverbanden** op om een groen beleid te integreren in de verschillende processen en beleidslijnen binnen onze groep. Zo zorg je ervoor dat Crelan voldoet aan de netto nul verplichtingen zoals uiteengezet in de Green deal & Fit for 55.

Samen met je collega's van de commerciële domeinen Retail, Business en Wealth, neem je **initiatieven **en geef je **advies **om ESG te integreren in het klanttraject & productaanbod. Zo draag je ook op commercieel vlak bij aan de ecologische en sociale transitie, zodat Crelan een geïntegreerd aanbod kan bieden dat financiële, ecologische & sociale kennis combineert. Je zet solide partnerschappen op om expertise te bieden en het klanttraject te vergemakkelijken.

Een **solide corporate governance** is de kern van ons bedrijf om financiële stabiliteit te garanderen. Als ESG-manager zet jij ons streven om een referentie te worden op het gebied van governance, om in concrete acties en policies, waarin we onze verplichtingen ten aanzien van naleving, regelgeving en toezichthouder waarborgen.

Binnen Crelan ben jij de expert op vlak van ESG. Je bouwt een **netwerk **op van externe en interne relaties. Zo werk je onder andere samen met de commerciële domeinen, de verschillende interne productdomeinen en HR, maar evengoed met onze Risk-domeinen. Het is dankzij deze contacten en op basis van je eigen expertise en onderzoek, dat je in staat bent **de strategische ESG-ambities van Crelan om te zetten naar een meerjaren-actieplan**.

Als lid van het senior management van onze bank, **rapporteer **je aan de Chief Cooperative Bank officer en adviseer je vanuit jouw rol het directiecomité, de Raad van Bestuur én alle business units om proactief in te spelen op trends en wijzigingen.
Daartoe blijf je continu op de hoogte van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen binnen het vakdomein van ESG.

**Jouw profiel****:

- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, of hebt door ervaring een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd.
- Je hebt inmiddels 10 tot 15 jaar ervaring binnen de verschillende disciplines van financiële instellingen, en deed hierbij ook ervaring op in change-, project
- en programmanagement.
- Je hebt een brede kennis van de verschillende soorten kredieten, beleggingsproducten,en dit in combinatie met een goede sectorkennis en affiniteit met risk-aspecten en duurzaam ondernemen.
- Je kan schriftelijk en mondeling communiceren en debatteren in het Frans, het Nederlands en het Engels.
- Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen tussen de verschillende zetels in Brussel, Antwerpen en Gembloux. Ook verplaatsingen binnen Europa zijn occasioneel mogelijk.
