Your Opportunity
St. Germain is looking for an energetic, passionate, and entrepreneurial Activation Manager to ensure that all of Flanders (focus: Antwerpen, Knokke/coast) becomes familiar with our iconic St. Germain Spritz. Do you have experience in the bar and cocktail scene and want to contribute to the success of our brand?
What will you be doing?
As the St. Germain Activation Manager, you will be the face of our brand in Flanders. You will develop brand awareness, build strong relationships with hospitality venues, and ensure that St. Germain & the St. Germain Spritz have an undeniable presence on menus and in consumers' hearts. You will identify bar trends and translate them into opportunities for our brand. You will have the chance to truly make an impact in Flanders vibrant hospitality scene
This role is on external consultant basis, via partner agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:
Providing product - and cocktail training to bartenders and bar staff
Identifying the right hospitality locations to build the St. Germain brand in your region
Conducting consumer sampling at locations (on-trade and events)
Getting St. Germain Spritz on menu
Developing marketing activations with select clients
Providing support at pre-arranged events for St. Germain
Building a strong network within the Flanders hospitality industry

You have experience in the bar and cocktail scene
You are flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
You have a commercial mindset
You live in the region of Antwerp and know the city well
You speak fluent Dutch and English
