As Product Manager, your job consists of managing products to meet customer and market requirements, aiding product owners and tribe leads to set and understand business goals.
You are responsible for the product strategy, marketing, and customer contact, while championing product lifecycle management from ideation to modification, and/or exit. Your concrete assignment will be the Business Platform domain within the Platform & Integration Tribe. You report into the Platform & Integration Tribe Lead, which in turn reports to the Chief Product Officer of SD Worx.

You strive for user-friendly, sustainable and secure products within your area of responsibility so that the user experiences what SD Worx stands for in every interaction from the first contact and throughout the entire digital journey. Working with SD Worx products is always 'time well spend' for the user.

**Overview tasks**

**Product Strategy**
- Defines strategy at a product level, ensuring it fits into the portfolio and corresponds to organization capabilities
- Creates product budget requirements with tribe lead, follows product P&L, and risks
- Defines market problem, connecting market to organization through research, identifying gaps and opportunities, understanding product demand, sales, and traffic volumes

**Product Marketing** (in co ownership with Portfolio solution marketing)
- Develops market insights for suite/product specific functional area (customer challenges, unmet needs, trends, competitor actions)
- Inputs for value proposition and pricing
- Participates in launch events, prepares customer service, announces products to the market
- Communicates with user community, asks for customer feedback, and is involved in pre-sales customer activities.

**Product Life Cycle Management**
- Generates, screens, and selects new ideas (new product, product enhancement, new market, revenue potential etc.)
- Does research & data-gathering to determine the level of effort needed for the product
- Collects information about product performance, using various data, compares results to previously established goals/forecast, and optimizes product performance in line with strategies
- Finds out why the company won/lost a bid (win-loss audit)
- Identifies nonviable suite/product requirements (declining sales, demotivated team, no longer filling a need, etc.)
- Defines, maintains, monitors, manages change and communicates product roadmap, and documents, analyses, validates product requirements

**Your profile and added value**
- Able to acquire quickly a good insight into the SD Worx business and especially in the international landscape
- Focus on user-friendliness and the journey of the user.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Able to set priorities in line with the strategy and vision
- Strong in open and effective communication with different profiles (e.g. marketing, sales, management, IT)
- Strong in process thinking, attitude of continuous optimisation
- Experience in ecommerce or digital channels is a strong plus
- Fluent knowledge of English is a must
- Experience in working within international environment is a strong plus
