**YOUR CHALLENGES**
As Quality Specialist Food/Cosmetics, you are the expert in your field. You monitor and guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations across H.Essers. You achieve this by supporting the operations and their managers in various ways.
What this means specifically:
- As soon as a new customer is implemented, you support this project from a quality point of view
- You manage and optimize the quality systems daily (ISO9001-GMP Cosmetics-FCA-BRCGS), to guarantee good quality for our customers and to meet the legal standards. As an administrative talent you know how to perform these tasks meticulously
- A large part of your time is spent on deviations, CAPAs, changes and continuous improvement
- The preparation and supervision of external audits on the one hand and the execution and follow-up of internal audits on the other hand, provide the necessary challenge
- You share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues through training/education in the field of quality
- In terms of quality, YOU are the SPOC for your customer
- Your home base is Genk, you are willing to travel to Kampenhout once or twice a week

- Knowledge of food and cosmetics is a plus
- Your critical eye enables you to translate complex processes into clear, efficient and compliant procedures

- Working autonomously - yet in a team - stimulates you to get to grips with every quality issue
