Je werkt in het departement dat instaat voor de projecten voor de bouw, transformatie en renovatie van openbaarvervoersinfrastructuur (metro
- en premetrobouwwerken) en in het bijzonder de dienst Afwerking. Als Project Manager volg je je projecten op van a tot z, van de opstelling van het bestek tot de definitieve oplevering van de werkzaamheden; deze hebben enerzijds betrekking op de aanpassing van de perrons in het kader van het Programma voor de Modernisering van de Metro en anderzijds op de geleidelijke opfrissing van onze stations. Jouw functie combineert dus kantoorwerk en werfbezoeken, in een aangenaam en solidair team
Jobomschrijving:
Meer in detail houdt jouw functie de volgende taken in:
- Je start het project op: uitvoering van een vooranalyse en de risicoanalyse met betrekking tot het project; bepaling van de dienstverleners, de gesprekspartners en de experts; bepaling van het project charter en invoering van het project.
- Je staat in voor de studiefase: opstelling van bestekken en analyse van de offertes en bestellingen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de doelstellingen van het project bereikt worden tijdens de uitvoeringsfase van de werkzaamheden; je garandeert de opvolging van de kwaliteit, de kosten en de deadlines.
- Je beheert het projectteam: je stelt het team samen; je coördineert de acties en de samenwerking tussen de teamleden, de verschillende belanghebbende partijen en de onderaannemers.
- Je staat in voor de definitieve oplevering van de werkzaamheden.
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je hebt een ingenieursdiploma (burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur) in de richting bouw
- Ben je een junior in dit soort functie of heb je nog geen ervaring in dit domein? Aarzel dan niet om toch te solliciteren, want motivatie is een grote troef
- Je beheerst het Frans of het Nederlands; een kennis van de andere taal is een troef.
- Sleutelcompetenties: teamspirit, nieuwsgierigheid, betrokkenheid en leergierigheid, autonomie en proactiviteit, goede communicatievaardigheden, zin voor analyse en organisatie, flexibiliteit (een of twee keer per maand nachtprestaties).
