Wat doet een Customer Service Medewerker binnen Merak?

Elk subteam binnen Customer Service bestaat uit een aantal vaste spelers die er samen voor zorgen dat de taken op een zo vlot mogelijke manier tot een goed einde worden gebracht.

Als Customer Service Medewerker vervul je een proactieve administratieve rol binnen jouw subteam.
- Je behandelt alle standaard en op maat rapporten voor bestaande klanten
- Je verwerkt Powerpoint presentaties voor prospecten en bestaande klanten. Tabellen uit Excel rapporten worden hier vaak mee in geïntegreerd
- Je werkt mee aan de optimalisatie van CRM standaard documenten (templates) en interne processen zodat de volledige administratie flow zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt
- Je zorgt voor de administratie van klanten audits
- Je wordt mee betrokken in projecten rond nieuwe ontwikkelingen (e-commerce website, interne software verbeteringen,...)
- Je werkt mee aan vlotte registratie van alle actiepunten in het C(X)RM pakket
- Je kan nauwkeurig notuleren en actiepunten en deadlines noteren
- Je bent ook back-up voor je collega's die klantenafspraken beheren in het CRM pakket en standaard rapporten opstellen.

**Profil**:

- Je hebt het denkniveau en de zelfstandigheid van een Bachelor of hebt voldoende uitgebreide en relevante ervaring
- Daarnaast ben je een administratieve duizendpoot die vlot tussen verschillende dossiers kan schakelen
- Bovendien ben je bereid je te verdiepen in de nodige technische materie die bij de projecten komt kijken
- Het MS Office-pakket kent weinig geheimen voor jou. Een doorgedreven kennis van Excel (draaitabellen verticaal zoeken,...) is een meerwaarde. Voor het beheer van de CRM templates is een doorgedreven kennis van Word ook zeker een plus (secties, inhoudstafel, footer/header,...)
- Dankzij jouw stiptheid en nauwkeurigheid werk je jouw taken zorgvuldig af binnen de vooropgestelde timing. Prioritering is hierbij zeer belangrijk
- Jouw flexibele en leergierige ingesteldheid zorgen ervoor dat je ook openstaat voor veranderingen in jouw takenpakket en evoluties binnen de afdeling
- Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig dossiers opvolgen en afwerken
- Je bent een vlotte communicator en kan je uitstekend uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Daarnaast heb je kennis van het Frans en Engels
- Ten slotte heb je een proactieve, klantgerichte houding en reik je oplossingen aan waar mogelijk.
