TalenCia is currently looking for a Business/Functional Analyst for one of his clients in Liège.

**Homeworking**: 2 day/week
**Description**:
You act as a link between business/key users and the development/implementation team.
You can analyze and translate their requirements into functionalities and User Stories.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data through workshops with relevant stakeholders (clients, business experts, other BAs, architects, etc.) You are able to understand and explain a product to customers and train them in its use.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase of projects. You have Project Manager skills and are able to monitor planning, budget, quality,...
Design of conceptual data models (UML) and state and sequence diagrams.
API design and specification
Front-end design and specification;
**Skills**:
You are fluent in French with a very good knowledge of English
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve issues, in the context of IT-oriented projects.
You have a good knowledge in BPMN, Enterprise Architect (Sparx) and Figma
You haver experience in design of conceptual data models (UML)
You have a broad interest in the IT field and curiosity about technologies.
A knowledge of Finance analyses is a strong asset
You are creative, structured, analytical and solution oriented.
You can work independently and also being a great team-player.
You are good at dealing with customers and colleagues.
