We are seeking a **Senior Transactions and Partnerships Officer** to reinforce its business development department and work alongside some of the world’s leading offshore energy experts, while learning, growing and building a sustainable future.

**Your role**:

- Expanding Parkwind’s/Jera’s presence by establishing new strategic partnerships, from identifying partners to negotiating partnership agreements, in accordance with the company’s strategy, and in close collaboration with Parkwind’s in-house legal counsel;
- Supporting transaction processes (M&A acquisitions and divestments), in an efficient manner, from opportunity sourcing, term sheet negotiation, due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, execution and closing, all in a timely fashion and in accordance with Parkwind’s strategy and processes;
- Working in close collaboration with the rest of business development department, and under the guidance of the M&A Manager to ensure the structure and terms of partnerships and deals are consistent with corporate strategy;
- Soliciting input from and ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders;
- Representing Parkwind in interactions and negotiations with counterparties and at industry events with outstanding competence, professionalism, and integrity;
- Monitoring and analysing industry and market trends to obtain relevant intelligence and provide strategic insights;
- Preparing relevant internal documents and presentations for the management and/or board.

**Your profile**:

- Team player with academic qualifications in either, finance, legal, and/or business administration;
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in either M&A, investment banking, management consulting, business development, preferably combined with a relevant experience in the renewable energy industry;
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills;
- Sound time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills;
- Open, problem-solving and critical mindset; ability to analyze and synthetize;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to work well under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
