**Logistics Manager**
Als Logistics Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en effectief beheer van de administratieve en operationele processen van de warehouse site Karveelstraat in Zeebrugge, binnen de Supply Chain divisie van ECS. Deze processen en afdelingen bestaan onder andere uit alle inkomende en uitgaande transportstromen, opslag, overslag (cross-dock), toevoer
- en verwachtingsmanagement, planning, klantenservice, kwaliteit
- en veiligheid en informatiesystemen.
Je speelt een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van deze supply chain processen en je zorgt voor een naadloze coördinatie tussen de verschillende operationele en administratieve afdelingen. Dit is een uitstekende kans voor een ervaren professional om zijn/haar expertise toe te passen in een dynamische en groeiende organisatie.
Je rapporteert aan de Operation Director Supply Chain.
**Jouw rol & verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je leidt alle operationele en administratieve afdelingen van de site Karveelstraat uit de Supply Chain divisie: o Het Logistics Team voor de administratieve processen o De planning van de yard en kades o De customs processen voor goederen en klanten naar UK o De operationele teams met arbeiders en shunt drivers voor de handeling van de goederen, de inbound, de opslag en crossdock en de outbound van de magazijnen
- Je helpt mensen groeien en ontwikkelen door nauwe coaching en training
- Je hebt een sterke focus op het leveren van een uitmuntende service aan onze klanten (tijdige en schadevrije levering, accurate transacties, kostenefficiënt)
- Je optimaliseert onze huidige methoden, procedures, systemen en analytische instrumenten die nodig zijn om prestaties te meten en te verbeteren
- Je beheert, bespreekt, en optimaliseert onze KPI's. Je hebt ervaring in analyse van productiviteit in magazijnen, je begrijpt en stuurt met KPI’s zoals aantal handlings/persoon
- Je verbetert onze veiligheids
- en kwaliteitsstandaarden verder, gekoppeld aan verandering van awareness en gedrag
- Je identificeert en implementeert verbeterprojecten
- Je zorgt voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van actieplannen met belangrijke klanten in nauwe samenwerking met de Key Accountmanagers, ICT en de Operationele teams
- Je beheert de teams in termen van organisatie, planning, vakanties en ontwikkelingsplannen
- Je implementeert training & uniforme werkinstructies voor je teams

**Jouw profiel**
- Bachelor of Master diploma in Supply Chain Management, logistiek of een gerelateerd vakgebied (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Aantoonbare ervaring als Supply Chain Manager of in een vergelijkbare functie
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om een team te motiveren
- Je communiceert moeiteloos in het Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent analytisch sterk en daadkrachtig. Je verwerft snel procesinzicht en hebt gedegen ervaring met proces
- en ICT optimalisaties en hanteert daarbij de juiste change management technieken
- Initiatief nemen zit in jouw natuur en je hebt hierbij steeds oog voor een goede communicatie en samenwerking met anderen
- Je bent klantgericht en hebt inzicht in hun commerciële noden
- Je blijft kalm in stressvolle situaties en bent sterk in probleemoplossend denken en handelen
