**DESCRIPTION**
The **Transformation Office Department** within the Transformation Direction looking for a **Business Program Manager**.
AXA Insurance Belgium evolves in an ever-changing environment where the industry standards and landscape are being constantly reshaped. The Impact & Change Department is composed of individuals with can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset that are acting as catalysts of these changes across the whole organization.

The Business Program Manager is in charge of framing and delivering large cross-functional programs across all business units and in line with AXA Belgium transformation.
**His/her primary responsibilities are**:
- Framing the initiative or program with key business and IT stakeholders and in regards with the strategic objectives of the company
- Setting-up the program to achieve successful delivery supported by strong governance and adequate monitoring
- Leading and actively delivering the program, providing recommendations, looking for alternative solution, keeping the pace and dynamic of the team
- Monitoring and reporting on a timely manner to secure on time, on budget, on scope and on quality delivery, risk management and methodology & quality standards
- Throughout the program supporting an effective project team focused on processes simplification, customer experience and digitalisation opportunities
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, anticipate risk and deliver successfully the outcome of the program
**Actively participate to the maturity increase of the Transformation Office team by**:
- Sharing experience and learnings through practice training, mentoring, participation to the Project Management practice
- Acting as role model by being challenge driven, solution oriented and enthusiastic in leading change and demonstrating AXA values
- Building trusted relationship with key stakeholders
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Several years’ experience in program management
- Proven experience in the insurance business (products, process, business solutions)
- Experience in process management and reengineering
- Fully autonomous with strong drive
- Result oriented and problem solving
- Analytical skills together with holistic vision
- Drive for simplicity and simplification of complex concept
- Influencing, facilitation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Stimulated by changing environment and comfortable when dealing with pressure
- Demonstrating collaboration and team work
**Education**:
- Master’s degree
- Program management certified
- Bilingual in Dutch and French and fluent in English
