Edge consulting est un cabinet de conseil belge lancé en 2009 par nos deux co-fondateurs, Pierre et Boris, qui compte aujourd'hui une équipe croissante de +40 edgiens.

**Votre mission**:
En tant que Communication Manager, votre rôle sera de mettre en place la stratégie de communication et de l'opérationnaliser.
- Élaborer et produire une stratégie globale de communication externe: vidéos, cas client, articles, snack content, etc.;
- Gérer la communication interne (newsletter, gestion du groupe Whatsapp, etc.);
- Piloter des projets d'amélioration de la marque employeur avec notre Responsable Recrutement;
- Créer des supports physiques (PLV, goodies, roll-up, plaquettes, flyers, etc) et digitaux (guides, présentations, templates) pour les départements RH, Commercial et Recrutement;
- Gérer et alimenter le site internet sous Wordpress.

Sur base du volontariat, vous aurez aussi la possibilité de vous investir ponctuellement ou durablement dans diverses initiatives internes, développant par la même occasion vos propres compétences:
**Partage de connaissances et d'expériences.**

Vous pourrez animer des formations internes ou des workshops, partager votre expertise sur un sujet spécifique, présenter vos retours d'expérience sur des missions clients, etc.

**‍ Investissement dans les projets de développement internes du cabinet.**

Vous pourrez contribuer à la création de supports et de templates pour faciliter le quotidien de nos consultants, participer à l'amélioration de nos pratiques en matière de développement commercial, ou encore animer des interventions auprès d'étudiants dans les Junior Entreprises belges (comme le Solvay Consulting Club).

**Profil recherché**:

- Master ou expérience équivalente;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, la connaissance du néerlandais est un plus;
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en communication;
- Esprit entreprenant, curieux, organisé et créatif;
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthétisation;
- Maîtrise de Canva et d’un outil de montage vidéo.
