Map the customer journey

You are responsible for the **set-up and support of our customers' Azure Virtual Desktop environments**. Of course, with an eye for Microsoft's best practices and standards used by Arxus.
Build the expansion of user experience monitoring and automation templates together with your colleagues and make the necessary data available for usage, compliance and lifecycle reporting. By continuing to improve and expand the Virtual Desktop service, you help spot and respond to future customer needs.

A little bit of experience but very excited to get started...

We expect **1 year** of experience in both configuring and managing a public cloud platform (such as AWS or Azure) and designing, developing, supporting and maintaining a VDI environment. You should also be familiar with coordinating and supporting Windows server and client operating systems as well as Zero and/or Thin Client technologies.

We also like to tick off: knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix, Infra as code (Terraform, Bicep,...) and PowerShell as a scripting language. Experience with Remote Desktop Services/Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop is a plus, but not required.
