- Als Contract Officer bij Infrabel zul je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:
- Je faciliteert de verschillende processen met betrekking tot de uitvoering van contracten: voorbereiding van bestellingen, schuldverklaringen, betalingen, opvolging van de RFC-lijst, beheer van KPI's, rapportering, enz.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de transversale communicatie in het kader van het contractbeheer.
- Je rapporteert regelmatig aan de teamverantwoordelijke "Contract Owner" die je dagelijks aanstuurt, evenals aan je Manager.
- Je biedt ondersteuning tijdens specifieke besprekingen, analyseert problemen en neemt actief deel aan het uitwerken van oplossingen.
**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs (bij voorkeur in boekhouding) en je hebt een eerste professionele ervaring.
- Je bent bekend met overheidsopdrachten of bent in staat om je snel in te werken in de contracten en financiële omgevingen die specifiek zijn voor de publieke opdrachten van Infrabel.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een functionele kennis van het Frans.
- Je beheerst de courante MS Office-toepassingen. Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt. Je leert gemakkelijk nieuwe IT-tools te gebruiken.
- Je communiceert duidelijk en je brengt een boodschap of informatie op een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en beknopte manier over.
- Je bent een teamspeler en neemt actief en constructief deel aan de missies van het team.
