**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As Contract Management Officer, you and your 8 colleagues are responsible for the entire contract management. You guarantee a qualitative and punctual treatment of requests to change contracts during their term (change of parameters, addition/withdrawal of services and accessories) and the conclusion of contracts. You will make frequent financial calculations (using Excel, among other tools).
You ensure that all administrative steps of the files assigned to you are processed correctly. You have regular telephone contact with our customers and dealers and of course with your colleagues from other ALD departments. You collect the information necessary for the adjustment and termination of contracts.
You will also be able to improve the process quality and further optimise the systems. We give you the space to put your ideas into practice. If you appreciate analyzing process and likes working with numbers, this is the job for you
**MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS**
- You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position.
- You are **analytically and numerically minded**, have strong thinking and reasoning skills and are able to optimise existing processes.
- You **love administration** and are organised and able to manage your priorities.
- You work equally well independently as in a team.
- You can deal with deadlines and enjoy a steady work pace.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
