**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**:
In deze rol concentreer je je op het beheer van de beveiligingsproducten. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn de volgende:
- in samenwerking met de teams van het CIBG ontwikkel je een goed inzicht in de noden van onze klanten en neem je deel aan het bepalen van de strategie voor de implementatie van de gewestelijke beveiliging,
- je vertaalt de roadmap van de implementatie van beveiligingsoplossingen in het Gewest in een actieplan op korte en middellange termijn en je beheert de implementatie ervan,
- je coördineert de uitrol van de oplossing in samenwerking met de pijler “Digital Factory”, de leveranciers en de klanten,
- je beheert de releaseplanningen, de roadmap en de prioriteiten en stemt de technische en functionele teams op elkaar af,
- je treedt op als ambassadeur van de beveiligingsproducten binnen het Gewest en je vertegenwoordigt het team bij besprekingen met onze collega's en klanten,
- je ondersteunt de verkoopteams bij het promoten van onze producten,
- je adviseert de Brusselse besturen en ondersteunt ze bij het gebruik van beveiligingsproducten en bij de verwezenlijking van hun projecten,
- in samenwerking met de analisten, architecten en teams van de pijler “Digital Transformation” help je bij het identificeren en omkaderen van projecten/use cases ter verbetering van de beveiligingsproducten,
- je werkt samen met het team van de “Cloud & Security” Product Group om de ontwikkeling van een “beveiligingscultuur” in het Gewest en bij het CIBG te ondersteunen,
- je bouwt positieve en duurzame relaties op met onze klanten en je zorgt ervoor dat ze tevreden zijn,
- je bepaalt, samen met alle betrokkenen, het budget dat nodig is voor de producten. Je zorgt voor de goedkeuring van dit budget en je houdt er toezicht op.
**Jij, onze toekomstige collega**:
- beschikt idealiter over ervaring in projectbeheer of in product management aangevuld met algemene kennis van beveiligingsproducten zoals IAM, MFA, VPN, UTM, FW, SOC, SIEM
- ofwel heb je aantoonbare ervaring in IT-beveiliging en wil je je ontwikkelen in een functie van product manager
- bent idealiter vertrouwd met de werking van overheidsinstellingen.
