Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet expérimenté dans le secteur des télécoms pour notre projet "Homes Connect" auprès de nos clients. Dans ce rôle, vous superviserez, faciliterez et coordonnerez la mise en œuvre de l'activité Homes Connect, afin de connecter des foyers dans diverses communes en Belgique.
Responsabilités principales:
- Coordination de projet : Gérer plusieurs projets de déploiement Homes Connect à travers différentes communes, en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de commandes, les gestionnaires de contrats, les opérateurs et les partenaires.
- Support à la mise en œuvre: Faciliter et soutenir le déploiement Homes Connect par les entrepreneurs, en assurant une coopération fluide avec les gestionnaires de commandes.
- Supervision technique : Coordonner et gérer l'installation des câbles de raccordement, le montage des FTU et la mise en place des patchs dans les POP de zone.
- Coordination de la maintenance : Coordonner l'installation et la suppression des patchs lors des commandes de réactivation et de résiliation.
- Processus centrés sur le client : Assurer que tous les processus destinés aux clients finaux, en particulier la prise de rendez-vous, sont axés sur la satisfaction du client.
Objectifs principaux:
- Aligner la planification et la communication avec les parties prenantes.
- Servir de point de contact principal pour les différentes escalades.
- Réaliser la phase Homes Connect de notre déploiement dans les délais, budgets et objectifs de qualité fixés.
- Améliorer continuellement les processus tout en gardant le focus sur le résultat global.
Profil recherché:
- Expérience de 6 à 10 ans en gestion de projet, de préférence dans le secteur des télécommunications et de la fibre, avec une expérience significative de travail avec des entrepreneurs.
- Capacité avérée à établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes.
- Forte capacité de coordination, nature facilitatrice et structurée dans la planification et la communication.
- Pouvoir comprendre les flux de processus de base, identifier les lacunes et les opportunités.
- Idéalement, un francophone natif avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral. (FR/ENG)Esprit entrepreneurial, agilité dans un environnement en mutation, motivation, enthousiasme, confiance en soi et sens des responsabilités.
