We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven **Marketing Project Manager** to take our marketing initiatives to the next level. If you thrive in managing complex projects, driving creative campaigns, and leading cross-functional teams, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities as a Marketing Project Manager at DIGI Belgium**:

- **Lead and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns** from conception through completion, ensuring they align with company goals and brand standards.
- ** Coordinate cross-functional teams** across departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
- ** Develop project plans**, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and on track.
- ** Manage relationships with external partners** (agencies, vendors, freelancers) to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution.
- ** Monitor campaign performance** and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.
- ** Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral** such as brochures, ads, digital assets, and other communication materials in collaboration with the creative team.
- ** Organize and execute marketing events**, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring all logístical elements are well-coordinated and brand experiences are impactful.
- ** Perform market analysis and competitive research** to inform strategies and identify opportunities for innovation.
- ** Support digital marketing efforts**, including content creation, social media management, and paid advertising.

Must-Have Qualities & Talents
- ** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field**; a project management certification is a plus.
- ** Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French** is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering **complex marketing projects** within set deadlines.
- Strong **organizational skills** and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional **communication and leadership abilities**, both written and verbal.
- Ability to **problem-solve creatively** and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, always staying ahead of potential issues and providing solutions.
