- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Manager to join our team and oversee and drive the organization’s talent management strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy and organizational goals._
As a Talent Manager, within the HR Team you will be responsible for recruitment, learning and development, coaching, leadership development, talent management, performance management, and succession planning. You will lead a team of recruitment and talent professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**:
- Oversee the recruitment strategy, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage the Recruitment Team, providing guidance and support in meeting the organization’s hiring needs.
- **Learning & Development**:
- Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive learning and development programs.
- Manage the team to ensure that training programs are effectively organized and align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Identify skills gaps and create development plans to address them, ensuring continuous learning opportunities for all employees in line with business strategy.
- **Leadership & Executive Development**:
- Design and implement leadership development programs that prepare emerging leaders for key roles within the organization.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees for succession planning.
- **Talent Management**:
- Develop and manage talent management processes that align with organizational objectives, including talent reviews, career pathing, and succession planning.
- **Coaching & Mentorship**:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and leaders within the organization to enhance their effectiveness and leadership capabilities.
- Create and implement a structured mentorship program to support employee growth and development.
- **Performance Management**:
- Implement and manage transparent and fair performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual career aspirations.
- Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans where necessary and support their implementation.
- **Succession Planning**:
- Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to ensure business continuity and the readiness of future leaders.
- Identify critical roles within the organization and develop strategies to ensure a pipeline of ready-now talent.
- **Employee Engagement**:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels and work with the HR team to address any issues.
- **HR Strategy & Leadership**:
- Contribute to the overall HR strategy as a key member of the HR Core Team.
- Provide strategic input to the HR Director and collaborate with other HR functions to ensure the alignment of talent initiatives with broader organizational goals.
**Must Haves Qualities & Talents**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, recruitment, and learning & development. Thorough knowledge of at least 2 subdomains.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, managing teams, and driving HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business orientation and understanding of elementary business processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Budget Management: Ability to draft, defend and monitor a budget for the assigned responsibilities
