Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for forging impactful partnerships and dealer relationships? As Channel Manager Partnerships (CMP), you'll play a pivotal role in securing and activating partnerships that enhance digital visibility and drive conversion.

**1. Strategic Partnerships and Dealerships**:

- Identify and establish partnerships and dealerships, thinking beyond traditional partnerships
- Devise innovative partnerships that contribute to digital visibility and conversion.

**2. POS Activation Planning**:

- Develop activation plans for temporary Point of Sale (POS) locations, related to partnerships
- Collaborate with the Channel Manager Direct Sales for plan execution.

**3. Team Building and Structure**:

- As the team grows, envision and establish an organizational structure, task allocations, and recruit sales profiles.

**4. Flexibility and Change Management**:

- Adapt to potential strategy shifts after 2 years, demonstrating flexibility and change management skills.

**5. Operational Contribution**:

- Contribute to operational tasks, recognizing the dynamic growth phase.

**Must Haves Qualities & Talents**:

- People management skills, adaptable to limited prior experience.
- Analytical prowess for developing business cases and monitoring sales profitability.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Effective stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
- Customer-focused approach.
- University degree, preferably in economics, marketing, or communication.
