Join our team and help us bringing our self-care solutions closer the Belgian consumers. We are currently looking for a Brand Manager. You will be part of a small but exciting Marketing Department (7 persons) headed by 1 Marketing Director. The work location is Belgium, Nazareth (future location will be Ghent as of Q2 2024), including the flexibility to work from home.

**Scope of the Role**:
Your Responsibilities:

- Understanding your market & your brand’s performance with the available data through analysis of Sell-in & Sell-out data and other relevant research.
- Shaping and implementation of your brand’s strategy, incl. making sure internal and external stakeholders are aligned behind the strategy.
- Creating the annual Budget Plan for your brand: defining strategic growth drivers and action plan, incl. P&L.
- Responsible for planning and executing the marketing plan incl. media plan against our Budget KPI’s
- Creating excitement around your brand both internally (Sales Meetings, Business Updates,.) and through partnerships with our creative and media agencies.
- Managing A&P budget for your brand(s).
- Full P&L responsibility for your brand(s).
- Close cooperation with different departments (such as Central Marketing, Trade Marketing, RA, Sales and Supply) and our colleagues from the Netherlands to ensure good implementation of your plans.

**Skills**:

- Business Marketeer: you love to take full P&L responsibility, you like to analyze data and find learnings, drive direction & recommendation for your business,in a nutshell you love steering your brand(s) like it is like your own business.
- Team Player: you enjoy working together with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Communicator: you’re a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills; you can listen, convince and create enthusiasm.
- Analytical: you don’t shy away from analyzing data, making business cases, driving forecast, understanding and managing the P&L,
- Curious: you are interested in your sector and our channels, you are eager to know what competition is doing, what is happening in other countries and you like to learn from other business areas. You love marketing and have a strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Take ownership: you love to take ownership for your brands; even if it is not exactly within your scope. You challenge the right persons if needed for your brand(s) to move forward.
- Show initiative: you are the active driver of new actions, new ideas, new ways of working. You love to improve your business.
- Hand’s on: You have a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude. You are not afraid of the operational side of the job either. There is no good strategy without excellent execution.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Master Degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing or trade marketing role, ideally in Consumer Goods industry.
- Languages: fluent in Dutch, French and English.
